Apartment in Coto Real Duquesa Golf, Nr. Puerto Duquesa, Costa del Sol, Spain - New Accommodation With Fantastic Sea And Golf Views
The apartment has been furnished by a local interior designer and no expense has been spared to create this very special retreat where you can relax and recharge in luxurious surroundings. The lounge has 2 cream leather sofas, a dining room table and 6 leather chairs. It has 3 large bedrooms, all with wardrobes and the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom complete with jacuzzi bath. There is a further family bathroom with large shower. The lounge leads out to a huge terrace where you will find a table and chairs to seat 6. From the terrace you overlook the swimming pool and Duquesa golf. Our property is perfect for families and golfers alike. The apartment benefits from a new high quality hot and cold air-conditioning unit. The kitchen area has fitted cupboards and granite worktops, ceramic hob with cooker hood over, microwave, refrigerator with ice box and washing machine.
Coast/Beach:
The nearest beach is 5 mins drive away and is very safe for children. There are sun loungers for hire, beach bars serving excellent fish etc and pedalos etc for hire. This beach is beautifully kept with golden sand which stretches far and wide.
Travel:
A car is highly recommended. There are at least six airports: Gibraltar, 30 minutes, Malaga, 60 minutes, Jerez, 80 minutes, Cadiz, one and a half hours and Granada or Seville, 2 hours.
Distances:
Manilva is a traditional village located in the hills behind Puerto Duquesa. Puerto Duquesa is a short walk of around 15 minutes or 5 minutes by car. It has an abundance of shops, restaurants, sporting activities as well as sweeping beaches. Casares, a historic white village is well worth a visit, photographers paradise! 5 mins drive away. Prado world, 10 mins drive away great for kid’s mini golf, roller skating water pools. Selwo National Park 20 mins drive.

Why this Location?
We have been going to Duquesa for a number of years. We particarly like Coto Real Dquesasa Golf. It is a great location for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.
Why this Property?
Our apartment overlooks the pool and gardens. The pool is accessible directly from our terrace. We also have a large terrace area which means we can have shade and sun during the day.
Unique Benifits of our Apartment
The views from our terrace are magnificent. We love the ambience and restaurants of Puerta de la Duquesa. There are many places of interest to visit within a short drive of Coto real Duquesa Golf. The ports of Sotogrande, Puerta Banus and Estopona are also accessible.
In the marina are bars and restaurants from all nationalities, Indian, Chinese, Italian, French, Mexican, American they are all here, and don’t forget if you dine out at night no need to drive as its all within walking distance! Also located in the marina is a bank, supermarket, internet cafe, newsagent etc. You can also take boat trips from here or go diving. A short walk from Puerto Duquesa is Sabinillas. Here you will find supermarkets, medical centre etc. Sabinillas has a reputation of having some of the best seafood bars and restaurants and boasts one of the quieter most expansive beaches in the area. You may also want to visit the mountain town of Ronda, Old Town Marbella, Estepona, and the Selwo African Safari Park, or take the ferry to Tangiers.

From start to finish, Kieran was on hand to answer any queries and was super helpful. The apartment was bright and spacious and the six of us had plenty of room. The terrace caught the sun all day and the pool was quiet and provided endless hours of relaxation and fun for the kids. No battling for sunbeds which just added to our relaxation. Can’t recommend this place enough!
