About this house rental
You’ll be living on the waters edge when you stay in this gorgeous seaside property. The Edge is only a walk across the road from Robe’s famous Long Beach and the ocean views from this beach house are amazing. Enjoy some local produce on the second storey deck and take in the coastline views which stretch around to the cliff tops.
This stylish property has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a designer kitchen and an open plan living and dining area, and a private swimming pool on the deck overlooking the ocean. The gorgeous timber floors and stylish interiors will have you relaxing in no time. Take a plunge in the pool and then enjoy a spa, in the gorgeous glassed bathing area.
Ideal for the wedding party on that special weekend, a group of friends or luxurious family weekend away. But don’t let the luxury of this seaside retreat fool you, The Edge is family friendly with loads of entertainment options and an enclosed rear garden. The easy access to Long Beach is perfect, no need to take the car out, you will simply have to stroll over and set up for a day of water activities and relaxing on the sand.
Perfect for both summer and winter getaways, views like these are wonderful any time of the year!!
Wifi - There is no wifi, however many of the local cafes and public library offer free internet access if required during your stay.
Pets - This property is STRICTLY NO PETS ALLOWED. If there are any signs of pets being at the property cleaning fees and if there is any damage will be added onto your stay accordingly.
What to Bring – Our properties are fully self-contained and we supply a starter pack consisting of dish liquid sachets, laundry powder sachets, dish tablets, dish cloth, bin liners, milk, coffee, tea, sugar, bathroom amenities and a roll of toilet paper per toilet. Please note the complementary pack is to get you started for your holiday and through your first night. We only provide bathroom linen for the amount of guests in your booking. We recommend you to bring your own beach towels as we do not provide these. Strictly no bathroom linen to be used for the beach.

1. Pets that have been secretly bought into a PROPERTY will be removed immediately.
2. IF PETS ARE NOT REMOVED GUESTS WILL ALSO BE EVICTED
3. Pets found inside a PROPERTY will incur a $400 fee AND ANY CHARGES FOR EXTRA CLEANING
4. Our pet friendly properties welcome dogs and other pets by negotiation. Your well behaved pets are NOT welcome inside. Guests are required to remove ALL TRACES of an animal being present at the property. This includes (but is not restricted to) any fur/hair, food, stains, smells or faeces. Any damage caused by the animal must be repaired or reported to us (and will be charged back to you). This includes damage to screens, paint work, carpets, furniture, gardens etc. Additional time that is spent cleaning up after animals will be charged to you.

Excellent location, a few steps to the long beach and longer but enjoyable walking distance to the town. Comfortable beds, great kitchen, plenty of space for a big group of people. Beautiful and pleasantly decorated house. Cleaning needs more attention.

Absolutely beautiful. Very luxurious. Everything you need & perfect Long Beach location. Loved the balcony pool - we had perfect weather for it.

We loved the location and the layout of the house,and it certainly met our needs in that department. We found the kitchen utensils and pots and pans to be very tired and either broken or dirty. All the glasses and cutlery needed to be washed before we could use them. The electric frypan didn't work and the pans supplied were burnt and unusable. The water and ice function in the fridge were turned off because it was broken. The garage was dirty and needed sweeping before we could unload our luggage. The ensuite bathroom was also dusty and had hair around the bath and basin. We had an unfortunate situation where one of our guests was locked in the bathroom due to a faulty lock and while they were relatively quick to come and help her get out (1hr) we were relieved it wasn't one of the children. We have stayed at many houses with Stayz in various locations around Australia and for this price point and in todays market we would expect WiFi and maybe even payTV. We loved the location and enjoyed lots of walks on the beach
