Wonderful area to visit. Extremely relaxing and cultured with friendly people. Lovely apartment in great location overlooking the harbour with a nice 20’ level walk along the prom to Cabourg. Came last year and will definitely come again. Recommended.

We arrived at the apartment later than planned due a delay in the departure of our channel tunnel crossing. We had difficulty communicating with the local agent as they don't speak English. We eventually gained access to the apartment at 8 pm. The apartment is excellent with one exception: Despite being able to accommodate 6 people it has only one rather small dingy toilet with a badly stained. toilet bowl. The door handle of the toilet is loose and in danger of falling off. Also, the excellent terrace is in need of a good clean. Shortly after arriving we discovered there was no toilet paper ! The following day when we attempted to do some washing up we discovered there was no washing up liquid or tea towels which we've never experienced in many years of renting holiday apartments. Finally, the description of the property on the VRBO site is confusing in it's description of the number bedrooms, bathrooms and toilets. This should be corrected.

The property and location are outstanding. Plenty of local places to eat, the harvour and beach are just lovely, as is the local town of Cabourg. Communication with owner prior to our visit was excellent. Could not fault our stay, a great visit.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment over New Year. Jean-Marc was a fantastic host - always able to reply to any questions. The apartment was immaculately clean, well provisioned and in a super location. There was plenty of space for us and our teenage girls. The local towns were lovely - excellent markets, touristic sites and amazing beaches. We'd love to return!

Travel through the tunnel was restricted due to late booking so arrival and departure times were a little antisocial. Obtaining keys was facilitated through the maintenance team which was ok although I had to get last minute call credit as I needed to contact by phone, and he spoke no English. The apartment was great. Basic items provided. We didn't use the cooking facilities as we had breakfast, and ate cheese and bread on the balcony which was marvellous. Easy walk to the beach and into Cabourg. Busy local town. Easy parking and routes to local places of interest. Nice restaurant under the apartments, although a bit pricey. Handy shop for baguettes and pizza. Would visit again. Transaction and deposit smoothly handled by website. Would definitely recommend this apartment and host.

Location à fuire. Appartement très sale. Il a fallu laver la vaisselle pour s en servir. Montons ds les chambres. Four micro ondes inutilisable par la saleté. J ai mis les propriétaires au courant de nos déboires mais hélas aucune réaction de leurs parts. Pas soucieux du bien être de leurs locataires la honte

Es handelt sich um eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Liebevoll eingerichtet. Gezeigte Bilder sind voll zutreffend. Tolle Lage. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Balkon zum Yachthafen. Sehr ruhig. Gute Infrastruktur. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable à Dives sur mer dans un appartement confortable et spacieux pour 6 personnes. La décoration est soignée. La cuisine américaine est bien équipée, il ne manque rien. La literie dans les 3 chambres est très confortable. La salle de bain à l'étage est très grande avec une cabine de douche et la baignoire balnéo est un plus. La location est proche de tous commerces. En cette période de covid, nous avons pu nous faire livrer des beaux et bons repas comme des plateaux de fruits de mer d'un restaurant à Cabourg. A proximité aussi, quelques pizzerias et snacks à emporter. Grâce à la passerelle de Dives, la plage de Cabourg est accessible à 5 min à pied. Nous reviendrons certainement. Merci à l'agence qui nous a très bien accueilli pour la remise des clés et merci aux propriétaires.

We did spend a lovely week in the loft. The view from the terrace at the harbour was fantastic. Because of the weather we still could have brabreakfast evert morning at the terrace. It was close to the sea and little towns you could walk to.

L’appartement au top . Le système de caution prélevé en ligne directement le jour de la reservation est nulle et couteuse Aujourd’hui 11 jours après avoir rendu l’appartement la caution n’est toujours pas re crédité sur mon compte . Alors qu’il faut aller chercher les clés dans une agence et qu’il y a eu un état des lieux a la sortie ,nous aurions pu faire un cheque de caution comme pour les autres locations . Ca fait donc plus d’un mois que j’ai 800 euros en moins sur mon compte . Plus que moyen!!

Wir waren von der Ferienwohnung begeistert, Ausstattung sehr gut, allerdings ist die Filter Kaffemaschine total verkalkt aber es gab andere Möglichkeiten. Der Duschkopf unten bedarf einer Wartung. Hilfreiche Infos: Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss. Der Müll wird getrennt (Glas / Plastik / Rest) - Die Container befinden sich an dem alten Fabrikgebäude gegenüber der Bibliothek. Es war alles da, was man sich wünscht. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.
