House in closed condominium with security 24h, 750m from Rua das Pedras and 1.2km from Ferradura Beach, very well located.
First floor: with American kitchen, sofa, TV, fan in the living room and bathroom.
Second floor: with a bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and television, the other room with a treliche, sofa bed, air conditioning and a bathroom.
Outside area with barbecue, shower and garage.

Beaches:
For those who want to rest, the tips are Azeda, Azedinha and Oven, with crystalline waters. Families make the Ferradura party, with calm sea and infra kiosks. The constant winds at Rasa and Manguinhos attract windsurfers, while surfers hit Geribá.
Rua das Pedras and Orla Bardot:
With the exception of the beaches, all that is best in Búzios is gathered there. Trendy restaurants, designer shops, art galleries, charming bars, ice cream parlors and cozy cafes. During the day, the movement is minimal, but when night falls, the spaces come alive and animated.

One of the ways to get to know the beaches and the islands of Búzios is by taking a boat trip. Among the options are the schooners, the boats and the trawlers, that circulate by the cove of Búzios. The exits are daily, from the beach of Armação.

Local bem perto da rua das pedras, fácil localização, casa pequena , condomínio muito aconchegante.
Única coisa que ué a garagem é pequena, carro grande paaaa apertado.

Dias espetaculares , casa ótima, localização perfeita perto de tudo e da maravilhosa ruas das pedras, não posso esquecer do rapaz que cuida do codomínio o Rone, muito prestativo e educado, e agradecer a Vera, espero logo estar de volta.
