His support and responsiveness were unmatched; he reacted incredibly fast to every message and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. The apartment itself was fantastic - spotlessly clean, perfectly organized, and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The location was also great and very safe, which we really enjoyed after coming from Rio! The price-to-quality ratio is top-tier - you truly get incredible value here.
