About this apartment rental
This Unit is a huge size of 30 sq mtrs! only few units here in Shore has this room size, compared to standard room of just 24 sq mtr unit. You also have a very nice Manila Bay view and picturesque view of Manila. And not like other units, you have here washing machine, Internet WIFI, kitchen appliances, dining table and 40 inch LCD TV. Fitted with double sized bed and extra mattress and sofa set. The pool entrance is by the second floor. We want to ensure that we do all that we can to help you enjoy your stay.
There's a load of places you can spend time here. MOA is just 12 min walk, it's a huge shopping complex with cinema and restaurants. There are a bunch of buffet restaurants lining the bay, as well as a Dampa Restaurants which are just across the road, where you can buy fresh seafood and ask some of the restaurants there to cook it for you, for a nominal fee. If you just want to unwind, you can stroll by the seawall and enjoy the famous Manila Bay sunset.
Note: there is a fee of P150 per person for use of pool per day for pool maintenance and for keeping a high standard of our pool.

The condo has a magnificent view of MNL Bay and the city. The unit is very well furnished and the washing machine is a nice added extra. There was a nice supply of clean towels and sheets. The girl who cleans and manages the unit for Rey is not capable of management. I get a lot of blank stares when I use English in the Phils. My GF speaks perfect Tagolag and English........so lazy me just lets her handle it. She called Beth and arranged a checkout time of 6:30 am so that I could get to my rtn flight. Beth did not show up. I Ieft at 7. My text to Beth "where do I leave key" went unanswered. My Gf called her and she told me to leave key on table. I suggest you contract your padre.........Glenn St. Luis........... and let someone reliable handle your condo
your AC unit needs constant reset. Shore HVAC Engineering was kind to look but no fix.
