Villa 28 Cape Villas

The property had two separate rooms and bathrooms, which is perfect for two couples. It is a short, easy walk from the property into Dunsborough, or a quick drive. It had a well equipped kitchen and a small veranda to sit outside and listen to the birds.

The location was great, very short drive into Dunsborough town. It was nice and quiet and being the end villa we had a nice lookout into the trees. It was a clean and comfortable stay for a few friends.

A couple of things could do with a bit of maintenance but nothing was bothersome and it was still a great stay.

The property was close to town Centre and Yallingup. It’s was comfortable for 2 adults and 2 children

There wasn’t a lot to dislike about the property I think it just needed a bit of maintenance . We noticed that there was a leak in the roof in the secondary bathroom and that there wasn’t a note to say that the hot water booster needed to be switched on so the first night after a late check in we all had coldish showers.

The quietness and location proximity to town. The facilities were good.

The place needed a good clean. It was tidy and presentable. It seemed like it had been a while since someone did a deep clean. Dust on the furniture was quite thick. Mould around the windows. All the beds sheets seemed dusty. I really wanted to mop the floor but there was no mop! I contacted the owner and delayed putting up the post. I hope the owner sees this and gets around to fixing the toilet button too which was broken.
