About this house rental
This beautiful modernized cottage has a fantastic location only approx. 50 m to child-friendly beach. Located in a highly sought after area close to Ålbæk town and with a short distance to Skagen. The cottage is located on a natural plot directly down to the dunes with its own path down to the water at the end of the cul de sac. The house is bright, with large windows, wood stove, heat pump and sloping ceiling in the living room. In the bunk room are TV and PlayStation. There are three good bedrooms, one of which has a 3/4 bed. and there is a well-equipped kitchen with dining area with direct access to the terrace, where there is always shelter to be found. In addition, there is a spacious annex with good beds and an outdoor shower. There are three toilets, two of which are bathrooms with shower. The cottage has a cozy fireplace and a viewing bench where you can enjoy the view of the dunes and the sea. There is no doubt that this functional cottage will contribute to a holiday in peace and quiet, in addition there is a short distance to the golf course and many fine paths around the area or along the beach to the small fishing village in Ålbæk. As a plus, it is possible to charge an electric car, bring your own transformer / connection.
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
