With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this comfortable home sleeps 10 - 1 king, 1 queen, 2 twins, 2 sets of twin bunks. Beautifully designed, decorated, well maintained, and landscaped, this Gulf Trace beach house has quickly become a family favorite. The home has an open, sunlit great room with vaulted ceilings, a large flat screen TV and DVD player. The master suite features a king bed, TV/DVD, and a walk in shower in the private bathroom. The bunk room has a TV /DVD player and shares a bathroom with the twin bedroom. In a separate wing of the home, the queen bedroom with private bathroom and separate entrance could be used as a second master suite with lots of privacy. The house features over 2200 sq. ft of new composite decking which wraps around the house. This great beach house also offers a roomy screened porch and a large yard with private pool that make this property the perfect vacation spot.

This house was a fantastic fit for our two families that came for the week. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located to the beach. We pretty much had the beach to ourselves as well. The kids enjoyed the pool and the living room was large enough for all of us to spend time together.

After a 9 hour drive with our granddaughter, we had to wait over an hour and a half to get our belongings in the house. It was not cleaned when we arrived and was not available to enter. We had to use the cleaning services blower to remove debris. The pool was a mess with candy wrappers, sand, etc. The pool furniture is old and falling apart. The remotes did not have batteries, we had to purchase them.The house was layed out well and although needed updating, was nice.
