This luxurious 3-bedroom, 3 bath condominium is located on the first floor with landscaped gardens, a newly remodeled, sophisticated interior, an outdoor deck with table, chairs, and gas grill.
You are welcomed immediately upon entering the condo, by the gorgeous natural stone floor beckoning you to explore further. To your immediate right you will discover an oversized guest bedroom with a king-sized bed, flatscreen TV, and private, stylish bath. Across the hall is a second guest bedroom with 2 bunk beds, one full sized and one twin sized and a private entry to a hip, shared hall full bath. The full-size bath will “wow you” with the cutting-edge design and new age lights. The room is a perfect retreat for the kids to gather and watch their favorite movies after a long day on the mountain. Built in shelves and racks in the guest bedroom closet help store your belongings.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and shelves for storage. The newly, designed bathroom is spacious with state-of-the-art features. The stunning marble free standing tub is beautiful with solid glass separation doors providing space for two. One to shower and one to soak, simultaneously. The double sink vanity with touch mirror and light display is modern and very chic.
The sleek, open-concept kitchen features white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, a single bowl sink and a great, stunning marble countertop open to the living room, and dining area. The breakfast bar is a lovely spot to enjoy a casual conversation or a bite to eat.
The living room features a wraparound couch and gas fireplace. The room is complete with a settee and wood table, adding a touch of elegance and rich sophistication to the condo. Built in custom designer cabinets, coat rack and bench store your gear when playtime is over. There is a washer and dryer in the condo.
Outside the condo you will find a ski locker for your personal use. The condo is pet friendly with a $210 non-refundable pet fee. This ski access complex comes complete with a bike rack, and an inviting pool and hot tub open year around. There is a trail leading to the mountain from the complex. Or you may head one block to East Dean Street and the Silver Queen Gondola at the base of Ajax Mountain. Steps away from Aspen's world class shopping and dining! We loved everything about the place - comfy, clean, spacious. It was roomy for 6 adults and 2 grown kids. Location was spot on and we enjoyed the pool as well. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars was 3 reasons: the wifi didn't work for all of us -most of us stayed on data, living room TV barely responded to the remote and parking more then one vehicle was a challenge. When asking where to park the office had no other options besides street - which was impossible and we found a garage a walk away. Would saved an hour of driving around if they had suggestions for parking options. Other then those 3 items - it was a really nice place and now that we know the drill...we would definitely consider staying there again.

Our family of 6 adults were very pleased with this unit. Having 3 bedrooms each with a full bath in them was great! Loved the long kitchen bar and all the amenities in the kitchen. One improvement would be to have move seating in the family room area. The heated floors in the master bath was awesome. It seemed like the heated floor in one of the other bathrooms wasn’t working. The location was perfect and we did not need a car as you could walk to all the amazing shopping and restaurants. There is a slight graded hill when going to and from downtown but we liked the added cardio! Loved how close it was the the lifts- very easy walk. Ubers and Lyfts can be hard to get so definitely need to have set up transportation to and from the airport (which is so close which is another huge plus).The property management was amazingly responsive with any questions I had. We had tried to get instacart to deliver basic groceries to stock our unit but because it was the busiest week in Aspen they kept cancelling and postponing so it got too late into our stay that we just cancelled and walked to the City Market that is right downtown. Luckily we didn’t have to lug cases of water back to the place because Aspens Tap water is very good to drink. Make dinner reservations ahead of time if you are there during a busy time because we couldn’t even get into a couple restaurants we wanted to try and I started trying to get reservations 30 days prior as that was soonest you could try
