About this house rental
Our Ogunquit Cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood and a short walk to Footbridge Beach and a few restaurants. Perfect for a family get away or two couples. A nice area for bike riding and walks. We are best to accommodate 4, but we can sleep up to 6 adults and two children in pack and plays. There are two bedrooms upstairs and a pull out couch downstairs.

- Second bedroom with Queen sized bed
- Full Kitchen
- Bonus room downstairs with a pull out couch that can sleep 2, TV and Foosball
- Large laundry room
- Large private deck with grill overlooking backyard
We have installed AC mini-splits in each bedroom and the living room, so you will be able to comfortably cool the whole space in the summer.
Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and beach buggy are provided for your use.

We and our pup enjoyed our stay in Ogunquit. The house was well stocked with everything we could need, including great beach equipment. We especially appreciated how well the air conditioning worked, and that we could get so many stations on the tvs. My husband used the exercise equipment, but found he needed a fan.

Great property, great location, very easy commute to the beach. The house had everything stocked that we needed and the owners were responsive. Would recommend this property!

My husband and I stayed at this wonderful house for 10 days. The house was very comfortable extremely clean. The his large and fun to sit outside. We use the grill for a dinner with friends which worked out perfect. The location of the home is absolutely perfect. Close to everything. We really enjoyed staying here. The owners were very communicative and easy to work with. I would highly recommend.

Arrived and Cable was out. Fixed promptly by Jamie. New couch since our last stay. We only stayed one night due to personal issue at home. A bit disappointed with the cleanliness. It it time for new mattress in the master bedroom. Pillows as well. Told to bring own bedding which I did. I brought everything including mattress pad from home. So glad I did. Stains on mattress, pillows, and mattress pad already there. Difficult to sleep knowing what the mattress looked like and the soiled pillows. I left my mattres pad there for an upgrade. Felt dirty this time. We stayed there a few years ago. Kithchen had some grease drippings on cabinets and countertops. Toaster oven dirty. Did not use . My husband and I cleaned up some things. Grill was filthy. We never used that. I honestly think Jamie and Rachel are nice landlords, but need to take a look around the property and do a deep clean and put a little money into improvements such as the bed and AC. They are old and smell of mildew. They were very understanding of why we had to go and I honestly feel they will make improvements to the cleanliness. Nice house all around but starting to show wear and tear. I know it’s just a rental for them, but it is a vacation for the people who are renting. Just want to be honest.
