Set in the popular region of Kiziltas where calm and peace prevails.
This outstanding four bedroom contemporary Villa is situated in a quiet and elevated position offering breath-taking views of picturesque Kalkan Bay and of the surrounding Taurus Mountains whilst within easy reach of Kalkan Village and harbour - a 10 minute walk or 3 minute taxi ride.
This stunning villa has its own private infinity pool, jacuzzi, barbeque, beautifully designed terrace area and great sea views.
Ground floor
The beautifully appointed, spacious and open plan living area has been finished in a striking contemporary style with marble flooring throughout.There is a large dining table that comfortably and spaciously seats eight people. The luxury kitchen has a range of quality appliances to include a dishwasher, microwave, hob and oven. The washing machine is positioned in a separate store area at the back of the villa. Floor to ceiling sliding doors afford stunning views of the bay and mountains and lead directly to the outside pool and terrace. Guest WC on this floor.
First floor
There are two spacious double bedrooms with Super King sized beds each with en-suite shower rooms. Both rooms have balconies with seating to enjoy the views overlooking Kalkan bay.
Second floor
Two further bedrooms - one with twin beds and a further double bedroom with shared bathroom and balcony area.

This property is 10 out of 10. It has everything you need for a relaxing holiday and the view is stunning. I’m not sure the photos do it justice, we had a lovely 9 days here at the end of August. There was a welcome pack included which was lovely after as later flight. Tarik was on hand if we needed anything g during our stay and Ann communicated everything clearly in the lead up to our holiday. Lots of supermarkets, butchers and restaurants to hand and it is easy to walk into town although we often got a taxi back. This was easy to do and very cheap. We were a family of 7 with young adults and the villa was perfect in every way. The bbq was also great for lunches and when we didn’t want to go out. We loved Kalkan and will definitely be back to this beautiful villa

Fabulous villa for a group family holiday. Very well equipped, well maintained and beautiful inside and out. All essentials and more making for a relaxing, thoroughly enjoyable holiday. Large airy rooms with air conditioning, balconies and huge patio all with stunning views across the bay of Kalkan. Great communication with owners and very easy check in/check out. Highly recommended villa and would love to visit again

We were 2 families with children so was perfect for us. All bedrooms had a sea view. 2nd floor doubles with en suites, shared bathroom for the top floor where our teenagers were.
Everything was thought of, appreciated the milk, bread, eggs, and butter on our arrival, very thoughtful.
View was amazing, infinity pool was perfect. .
