This modern apartment located in the neighborhood of Sarria, in the northeast part of the city is ideal for those looking for a relaxed stay in Barcelona. Here, you can discover the most authentic part of Barcelona where many exquisite and authentic restaurants are located, as well as bars already established for many years.
The apartment is also located very close to several bus stops (Plaça d'Adrià / Miter - Mandri - V13, H6, 70, V11) and trains (Muntaner). Only 15 minutes away, you will find the heart of the city. As far as supermarkets are concerned, there is a great variety just a few meters from the apartment.
This bright apartment was designed to combine modernity and quality. At the entrance, you will find the fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils so you can prepare your own meals during your stay if you wish.
Next to the kitchen is the spacious living room and the small balcony that will allow you to relax after a long day of walking in the city. In the rest of the apartment, you will find 3 rooms: 1 with a double bed, and another two with 2 single beds each; as well as 1 bathroom created so you can be as comfortable as possible both with an integrated bathtub and shower.
From washing machine, dishwasher, clothes iron, microwave to the coffee maker, not forgetting an excellent internet connection for our free Wifi, a flat-screen TV, as well as all the equipment you will need to feel at home. Additionally, for those who prefer to come by car and avoid the stress of finding a car park in the city, we can offer you private parking located in the same building as your apartment.
As we want your stay to be as simple and relaxed as possible, we have developed a wide variety of extra services such as pick-ups from and to the apartment, tickets to the most famous attractions of the city, as well as the purchase for your breakfast and snacks so that Do not worry about making the purchase upon arrival.

-: The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer must be received atleast 3 days before check-in or in cash at the time of check-in.
-: A security deposit will be collected by credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days.
-: Travel cot/Travel cot:
Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.
-: Arrival after hours:
-: Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €50 in cash as late check-in
-: The Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied.
-: Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.
-: Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).

We have been staying with 2 people and our stay was perfect. We really liked the apartment, the distribution of spaces, cleanliness, comfort and equipment. From our arrival, the attention was impeccable, they kindly explained the rules of the accommodation and provided us with information about the city. We will repeat. 100% recommendable

It is a new apartment, well located, good size and with amenities that sometimes we do not have at home. The extras such as shampoo and towels were great details, as well as the appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, stove ...) of leading brands.

L'appartamento è confortevole e dispone di tutto l'equipaggiamento necessario. E' facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici, il quartiere è calmo.
L'appartamento è in buone condizioni anche se si nota che è stato molto sfruttato.
L'agenzia è a pochi passi dall'appartamento per ogni esigenza.
Ci sono degli aspetti negativi (da cui le 3 stelle) principalmente legati al rapporto con l'agenzia:
1. Dopo aver effettuato la prenotazione (e quindi già pagato il servizio di homeaway) l'agenzia manda una email con la conferma della prenotazione. Il prezzo richiesto è maggiore di quello pattuito. La spiegazione dell'agenzia è per via di un errore tecnico (Novembre 2018) che spero sia stato corretto, in ogni caso informatevi bene. Le uniche opzioni sono di cancellare la prenotazione e chiedere un rimborso oppure accettare le nuove condizioni. In assenza di alternative valide, ho accettato.
L'agenzia chiede anche un ulteriore anticipo di una certa percentuale per confermare la prenotazione.
2. All'atto del check-in sono informato che il pagamento del saldo tramite carta di credito prevede una piccola ma significativa maggiorazione. Le ragioni sono sconosciute.
3. E' prevista un deposito di garanzia considerevole che viene rimborsato a insindacabile giudizio dell'agenzia.
Le condizioni chieste dall'agenzia possono anche essere accettabili. Ciò che ha infastidito è averle scoperte dopo la prenotazione. E' necessario che PRIMA di prenotare il cliente conosca interamente e senza sorprese tutte le condizioni per essere messo in grado di scegliere consapevolmente.
