About this house rental
Large property of approximately 250 m2 on 9000 meters of land including a large swimming pool and a secure, tree-lined park with games for children (turnstile, swing, chicken coop, slide ...)
The house is rented with every comfort: Weber charcoal barbecue, thermomix, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, internet, televisions ...
Located in a charming town of Puy Dôme which has its castle, we are also close to the banks of the Allier and Vichy where we find the beach, restaurant, lively town center and casino. Nearby, between 5 and 10 minutes, a large choice of supermarkets that can be found in the municipalities of Aigueperse, Gannat and Bellerive sur allier.
In Gannat, you can go with your family to visit the dinosaur park. You can also go to Volvic, or visit the activity park of volcanoes: Vulcania or visit the thermal baths of Vichy.
Each time you leave by car, you can enjoy a 360 panorama of the chain of volcanoes, for example going to Riom 20 minutes away or Clermont-Ferrand 30 minutes away.
The house consists on the ground floor of a large entrance hall, a utility room / utility room, a toilet, a bathroom with a large shower, a bedroom with a 140 double bed. We also find the fitted kitchen and a large living room.
Upstairs, we find a large landing room with 2 convertible futons of 140. This room is often used to make all the children sleep because they like to be together and there are also desks, books and games.
This space gives on 3 independent rooms with for each of them 1 bed of 160.
Upstairs, a large bathroom with a large bath and an Italian shower and a separate toilet.
Outside and just in front of the house, an open but covered and lighted barn where you can put large tables. There are also two terraces, one at the front of the house with a large blind and a second near the pool with a view of the park. The pool can be covered or open, it has a storage dome. It is secured with two gates which are locked for children.
The pool is shared when the cottage located in the area is also rented. People at the cottage can access it from 10:30 a.m. until 7 p.m. The pool is large enough to accommodate everyone.
