This delightful town house rests in the village of Catterick in North Yorkshire and can sleep 14 people in seven rooms.
Stepping Stones is a fabulous Yorkshire retreat nestled in the lovely village of Catterick, near Richmond. It boasts seven bedrooms; four doubles, a twin room and family room and a box room, sleeping 14 altogether. There is also two kitchens, two sitting rooms, a dining room, utility, gym and games room as well as two bathrooms and a shower room. To the outside is off-road parking for four cars and a beautiful garden with patio and furniture. Stepping Stones is a home-from-home to be enjoyed the year-round.
Amenities: Gas central heating with woodburning stove and open fire. Towels and bed linen inc. in the rent. 2 x electric oven and hob, 2 x fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer. 3 x TV's, selection of books, games and DVD's. Private Hot Tub and Sauna. Off-road parking for 4 cars in private courtyard. Garden with patio and furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 mins walk, pub 1 minute walk

Accommodation was ample with plenty of space both indoors and out. Facilities were good if a little tired and not always adequate for purpose ie snooker table and balls but no triangle and chalk, dart board without darts, gym equipment didn’t all work. The sauna control panel seems decidedly dangerous as moves in when you try and push control buttons. Large American fridge freezer in the utility area wasn’t working and other fridges didn’t have a freezer compartment. Some doors bathroom doors didn’t lock. The large bin out the back was almost full on our arrival so we struggled to get our rubbish in it and it took several of us to move it out of the back area as instructed in the information file.We also read in the file that we were to strip beds and put laundry into green bags which we could not find so couldn’t do this. A tad disappointing for the price we payed.
