Spotlessly clean. Really good location one minute from the train station.
A little noise from the neighbours upstairs early in the morning.

Lovely en suite room (with a balcony). Clean, comfortable and with access to a communal kitchenette. I chose SeaStation for the location, as I was arriving/departing by train. This was great for my one night stay, as it was right next to the train station, but only a 10 minute walk into town.
I had to contact the host directly in order to check in, as no-one was on site at the advertised time (despite my message on booking.com). When he arrived, he was very pleasant, but it would have been nice to avoid waiting outside in the sun.

Location, free parking opposite in train station car park, shower/bathroom, Host was very helpful
Room Size was good, but struggled to get around bed without hitting Tele or bed frame, smell from toilet/drains.
