Nice apartment in Unique Residence Condominium, well decorated, to accommodate maximum 4 people.
Building with elevator, concierge, gym, sauna, sports court, party room, barbecue and 02 (two) parking spaces.
LIVING ROOM - with panel and 42 inch TV, 3 seater sofa, decorative frames. Dining room with 4-seater dining table and breakfast. Black-out curtains throughout the glass wall to make the atmosphere more cozy. Large Gourmet Balcony with beautiful view of Flamboyant Park.
COUPLE ROOM - Has Queen size bed with excellent mattress, 12,000btus air conditioning, 32 inch TV, very large and super split designed closet, black out curtains, we provide excellent quality bedding and bath.
SINGLE ROOM - It has 01 single box bed, wardrobe designed and super shared, air conditioning 9. 000btus, window blind, we provide excellent quality bedding and bath. We have one more single mattress that is placed in the room for one more person.
KITCHEN - complete with granite countertop, Cabinets we plan with plenty of space, 4 burner top cooker with automatic ignition, blender, coffee maker, sandwich maker, Duplex refrigerator, microwave, full cookware, cookware with pressure cooker. In addition to wine glasses, juice and water glasses, cookware set, full cutlery, tapwares, groceries set etc.
SERVICE AREA - We have dishwasher, floor clothesline, 08Kg semi-new washing machine and very well ventilated to dry.
BATHROOM - complete with granite countertops, mirror cabinet, luxury shower, hygienic shower, trash can, decorative paintings, excellent shower, well ventilated.
A few meters from the apartment is the best Shopping of Goiania, FLAMBOYNT, Cinemark Cinemas, Serra Dourada Stadium, Carrefour Supermarket, Sams Club, Walmart, Pitanga Sabor Balance restaurants, Pizza Pirineus artzanal Pizza, J Pereira Biscuit flavor and health, Convenience 24hs, laundry, pet shop, pharmacy, snack bar, deli, beauty salon, gas station, bus stop, all very close to the building entrance.
Also just a few meters from the apartment is the Cerrado Fair and Flamboyant Park for you to go for a walk, drink coconut water and take a walk in the Cerrado Fair where you will find everything about handicrafts of the region, typical foods and much more. Worth checking out.

Positivo: localização, comunicação com administrador, limpeza e utensílios de cozinha
Negativo: pia entupida, sem Internet apesar de estar anunciado, sem compreensão para estender check out, cobranca de taxa adicional.
