Sun Holiday House

One of the best places we have stayed in all our travels, hands down. Everything, from the amazing host, to the location, was excellent. Getting to and from the Amalfi coast was very convenient with just one bus (about one hour journey) and the bus stop a 2-minute walk away. There were several amazing places to eat nearby, with great food, and very affordable prices compared to the more touristy areas, and a mini supermarket is just a 2 minute walk down the street. The accommodation featured a full kitchen, air conditioning and even a washing machine which was perfect for us. Our host was super helpful when we realized our mistake in our booking (we booked one day less and needed the place for one more night before our flight out) - she organized another place for us to stay close by which was incredibly sweet and a big relief. We are incredibly happy to have had the opportunity to be hosted by such an excellent host, thank you for a try memorable experience :) PS for those considering visiting, the bus going towards Agerola from the Amalfi coast is the one, and you get off at the last stop. Bring cash to buy your tickets, and try to catch the earliest bus out, and be back by 2pm to avoid the busiest times of the day.

we loved the location, away from the congestion, and cost of the amalfi coast, yet close enough to visit path of lemons, path of the gods, pompeii etc. .please note that although very close to the valle de la ferriera, entrance to that park is quite a distance away. communication with the host was great, the well equipped kitchen came in useful on the days we couldn't face eating out too many times in a row. grocery stores nearby. the place is very quite, great views yet on the main street of a friendly residential town, with old style mom and pop shops. recommend a car, we were provided with a private parking space.
