Nettes Frühstücksbüffet, Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Haustür.

Wenn viele Gäste anwesend sind, ist es sehr laut im Speisesaal. Das Essen war teilweise für so viele Leute etwas knapp kalkuliert und man musste 10 Minuten auf neue Nudeln warten und die restlichen Familienmitglieder waren schon fertig mit dem Essen. Mülltrennung sollte verbessert werden. Im Speisesaal und auf den Fluren fehlen Restmülltonnen. Es befindet sich nur eine Tonne draußen am Volleyballfeld.
