Una struttura perfetta a un passo dal mare

Siamo stati benissimo. L’appartamento è perfetto per 6 persone, considerando il comodo divano letto in soggiorno. Tutto era funzionare, ben tenuto, pulito. Lo staff della struttura gentile e disponibile.

Schönes Apartment mit super Lage

Das Apartment liegt direkt am Meer und man hat einen schönen Blick aus den Fenstern. Das Apartment ist sehr groß und sehr hell. Der Empfang war superfreundlich und war sehr zuvorkommend. Der Parkplatz ist toll, direkt an der Unterkunft und man braucht sich keine Gedanken zu machen. Nebenan sind direkt Restaurants und man ist ganz schnell in der Stadt.

Das Badezimmer könnte mal renoviert werden.

Die Lage des Hotels war grandios

Leider hatte das Hotel keinen Balkon. Der Blick in den Hinterhof war nicht so schön. Viele Klimaanlagen.

Ocekivala sam vise s obzirom na izgled objekta, ali sam zadovoljna jer sam sentimentalna prema Novig

Lokacija odlicna.

Nema terasu ili balkoncic nas unit. Spremacica nije sacekala da udjem u lift pa su me vrata povredila. Parking mesto koje smo dobili uz placanje je bilo zauzeto kad smo dosli iz grada, problem resen tako sto je javljeno stanaru koji nije bio vas gost pa je sisao i pomerio svoj auto.

Boli sme veľmi spokojní😉

absolutna blizkost pláže a mesta súčasne, všetko bolo doslova na krok. Parkovanie na mieste, nemuseli sme nič hľadať.

Všetko bolo výborné, chýbali len drobnosti v kuchyni ako naberačka. Ocenili by sme aj pračku, na ktorú je spravená predpríprava;) Nebola ale uvedená, takže je to vporiadku.

Einfach toll

Unser Appartement war sehr sauber, groß und geräumig. Die Lage ist perfekt in 2 Min. Ist man direkt am Strand und in ein paar Minuten im Zentrum und am Hafen. Dort findet man viele tolle Lokale,die zum Verweilen einladen. Erwähnenswert, ist auch der Aquapark "Istralandia" der mit dem Auto ca.10 Minuten entfernt ist. Wirklich ein Highlight für Groß und Klein. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Nur ein kleines Manko, im Bad gab es leider keine Ablage, oder ein kleines Kästchen wo man etwas abstellen oder ablegen konnte. Nur das Waschbecken,aber dieses ist bei bei 4 Personen gleich Mal überfüllt. Vlt. Könnte man dieses ändern!?

Apartment war groß und modern eingerichtet

Im Bad hatten wir ein Wasserleck was mittels Handtuch behoben wurde. Extremer Gestank im Bad und die WC Spülung war auch defekt. Im Bett fehlte ein Teil von der Unterlagsplatte der Matratze. Ausserhalb des Schlafzimmers waren sehr viele Klimaaussengeräte montiert und sehr laut!! Apartment werden wir sicher nicht mehr buchen!

Komme wieder

Sehr freundliches Personal – sie haben sogar eine kleine Geburtstagstorte für mich organisiert! Wir hatten ein großes, sauberes Zimmer mit Meerblick. Der Strand und Restaurants sind ganz in der Nähe. Sichere Parkmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls vorhanden.

Top Lage, großzügige Räume & freundliches Personal

Wir kommen jedes Jahr ein bis zweimal - die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar. Man kann direkt im Innenhof parken, hat einen top Ausblick (auch mit seitlichem Meerblick - Meer + Sonnenuntergang über der Altstadt) und das Personal ist unglaubich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Prinzipiell sind die Wohnungen mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, auch wenn man mal selbst kochen möchte. Der Stadtstrand und Restaurants (zB Tomato oder Nomu) befinden sich direkt daneben bzw. darunter. Die Betten (und Sofas) sind bequem, die Zimmer großzügig. Generell ist in den Wohnungen sehr viel Platz (auch Luftmatratzen oÄ liegen hier nicht im Weg).

Die Badezimmer sind etwas "altmodisch" (die Dusche ist etwas klein und hat leider keine Ablage) - und bei den Zweibettzimmer fehlt mir persönlich ein Schreibtisch (gab es bei den Einbettzimmer)

Das Restaurant unter dem Apartment war am Abend etwas zu Laut beim einschlafen mit Kind.

Large airy fresh with great view

Aircon in each room was great for hot weather. View was amazing and location excellent plus lift was a bonus. Having a full kitchen with dishwasher was excellent. Beds were comfy and had good pillows. Loved swimming in front.

No toaster and very small shower which ran out of hot water quickly. A few extra pillows would have been great and some tea or coffee sachets. WiFi coverage was patchy.

Super Unterkunft, perfekte Lage

Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig und sauber bei der Ankunft. Es wurde das Zimmer auch während unseres Aufenthaltes (13 Nächte) gereinigt. Klimanlagen waren in beiden Schlafzimmern und im Wohn-/ Essbereich. Internetgeschwindigkeit war gut. Parkplätze sind im Innenhof vorhanden. Eine Reservierung ist jedoch vorab notwendig. Im Umkreis von 200 m ist alles vorhanden (Supermarkt, Bäcker, Restaurants, Eissalons) Man kann vom Gebäude aus über den Innenhof direkt zum Meer gelangen. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist auch sehr hundefreundlich.

Beim Nachbar (italienisches Restaurant) hat ein Hund fast jede Nacht gebellt. Das Personal vom japanischen Restaurant (im gleichen Haus) waren manchmal relativ laut. Der Meerzugang ist ein betonierter Platz und der Boden sehr heiß. Keine Möglichkeit für einen Schattenplatz.

Ausgezeichneter Blick aufs Meer und ständiges, beruhigendes Meeresrauschen. Super zentrale Lage. Sehr geräumige Wohnung und gute Aufteilung

Einige Mängel im Bad: Halterungen für Duschgel, Fön kaputt. Duschkopf nicht verstellbar. Total abgewohnte Stühle mit sich auflösender Sitzfläche. Allgemein nicht übermäßig sauber. Küchenausstattung weist Mängel auf: Keine kleinen Teller und Müslischüsseln...

Eine Wohltat....

Die Lage direkt am Meer ist nicht zu übertreffen und trotzdem ist man in wenigen Schritten im Zentrum zum Einkaufen oder zum Essen - durch die Nähe zu allem haben wir die Wohnung auch untertags immer wieder aufgesucht um zu entspannen und den herrlichen Ausblick und den Klang des Meeres zu genießen 🥰 Die Wohnung ist groß und schön aufgebaut, Klimaanlage funktioniert prima Der Parkplatz ist mit einem Schranken gesichert-das Auto steht für 7/Nacht sicher Hunde sind erlaubt und es gibt in der Nähe viele Möglichkeiten zum spazieren Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich, Check in rasch und unkompliziert Einfach eine Wohltat- haben auswärts schon lange nicht mehr so gut geschlafen

Heart of the old town with uninterrupted sea views.

Fantastic location, super comfy beds, very clean and spacious apartment. The sofa bed in the living area is one of the most comfortable ones I've ever experienced so it is also suitable for adults if needed. Both rooms offer a sea view (right under your windows). Staff was very friendly and parking was easy and safe in the apt. courtyard. You are in the heart of the old town.

Pity there wasn't any room with a balcony available. That would be a cherry on the cake. But even without balcony, I'd come back anytime.

Nice central acommodation beach front

Rotonda Inn is super well located, very central, nearby everything and in front the beach. The rooms are nice and wide, the staff was super kind and helpful.

The hotel was a bit old, the boiler wasn't working as expected and the hall smelled like something burnt. Also, keep in mind that the ocean in the beach in front the hotel is quite strong.

We had just the great time and we will definitely come back.

Great apartment hotel just on the beach. Large and clean apartment, very nice and helpful approach of owner and personal. They provided for us also children bed. Kitchen fully equipped. Garage for car is inside building behind ramp with camera so we didn't have doubts relating to car at all.

We were little bid missing microwave but it wasn't very important because in the kitchen is cooker and oven.
