Extensively renovated 2026! This charming 'Ibicencan' villa has unique and direct sea and islands views. It is embedded within a 4100 m2 private gardens in the small residential cove of Cala Moli, (south west of the island, Ibiza's 'sunset spot'). It boasts 6 double bedrooms, 6 bathrooms (5 of which en-suite), a large 15x6m swimming pool, Indonesian Chill out, sunset roof terrace, hammocks, barbecue, petanque lane, foosball, table tennis and outdoor sea-facing dining table for 12. Full privacy within beautiful walled gardens (palm, lemon, orange, pine trees, cactus gardens), and private parking area with charging station for electric vehicules. 4 of the bedrooms are situated in the main villa, with 2 independent 'guest' bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms & fitted wardrobes. Cala Moli is a well situated and residential neighbourhood benefitting from beautiful sea and sunsets views over the islands of Sa Conillera, Ses Bledes and S'Espartar. It is located between the finest set of beaches of the island (Cala d'Hort/Es Vedra, Cala Vadella, Moli, Tarida, Comta, Bassa, etc), Being 25mns away from Ibiza center and 10mns from San Jose, the villa is close to all amenities and Ibiza life but distant enough to be enjoy the luxury of peaceful and protected surroundings, with breathtaking views.

Honestly this villa is a gem. I was a little nervous as although there were plenty of reviews, none were recent, however, this proved not to be of concern and we found this villa to be incredible value for money for 12 of us.The villa itself is beautiful, with lovely sea and sunset views. Its tastefully decorated with plenty of areas to relax and things to do. All the rooms have a/c and all but 2 are en suite.The pool was lovely and maintained during our weeks's stay. The villa was also clean and cleaners came midweek. Host communication was excellent and they went above and beyond to help us organise a grocery delivery to before we checked in so we could relax straight away. The surrounding area is amazing and the nearby beach and beach cafe were great. Its a little far from most of the clubs etc. so getting taxis can be a little tricky if thats what you're into, but it wasn't a huge issue for us.The one criticism I have is that security for the villa was so thorough that it went a bit too far - I am all for alarms and cctv cameras, but a couple of the bedrooms had cctv cameras in them too (presumably as they had external access). I don't believe for a second that this is to spy on guests, but regardless this to me constitutes an invasion of privacy for paying guests. If I were the hosts I would strongly consider removing bedroom cameras!

We were a 3 generation family 6months to 60 The villa was perfect with everything we wanted. Dom and Ruth even added a few extras just for us.Elia the housekeeper was on call for anything we needed.We all had a fab time and wouldn’t definitely stay again when back in Ibiza.
