Breathtaking Sunset views straight down the ½ mile long Gulf access canal from the living room and patio with caged and heated pool & private dock – very convenient location to retail and dining. This beautiful canal front home with high ceilings has everything you could need during your family vacation to Florida, including a full kitchen with stainless steel kitchen appliances, private washer and dryer, and spacious living areas, with dining for eight people inside and outside. There is a large back patio with a private pool, Gas- Blackstone Griddle, and lots of comfortable seating with a 72 inch ceiling fan to enjoy the year-round sunny weather. The Jacuzzi soaking tub in the master and flatscreen TV are great for relaxing after a long day.

The home is located on a canal a short distance from the city center. You are only three miles from the main street where you can find tons of restaurants and shopping. The home is also very close to the Caloosahatchee River and has a private dock within the canals.

Large open space, great pool area. Pool and dock was great for the kids. Very convenient location, felt safe in area. Kitchen large enough for our group of 10. Not a lot of pans tho. But we made do with what they had. Everything was clean and had supplies we needed. Would recommend. Check in and out was great.

This is an amazing property. There were plenty of amenities for eight people to live comfortably. Unfortunately, the upkeep (maintenance) leaves a lot to be desired. The pool was in heated and not working despite paying in advance for heating. The air conditioning and the thermostat wasn’t working (eventually fixed several days into the week’s stay). TV in the master bedroom was laying face down on the dresser upon arrival. The company was somewhat responsive, but it was not the ideal, no worry vacation. Again, the house was beautiful- it just needs a better company promoting and taking care of it.
