Bem situado, muito centralizado,pertinho da praia ou seja o anuncio não falhou. a propriataria muito simpatica e prestavel. O Apartamento tem boas condições, limpinho,com boas arrumacões,apenas com 2 pontinhos que podiam melhorar,que são: ar condicionado e mais tomadas na cozinha. Recomendo sem excitação
