This small villa is located in the heart of the town of Soulac sur mer, close to shops, the main street, the market, cafes and restaurants, banks, tourist office, cinema .... and the central beach .
With a large main room bedroom / living room, it can accommodate up to 4 people (1 double bed and 2 bunk beds). It has a large kitchen, a large shower room with separate wc and a large garden (to be shared) practical for parking a vehicle. It benefits from all the comfort necessary for a pleasant stay (technical sheet sent by email on request).

Séjour très agréable dans cette petite maison fonctionnelle et parfaitement située , proche de la plage et du centre-ville animé tout en restant à distance du bruit. Petit plus : L'accueil des propriétaires est très chaleureux et nous avons pu profiter des conseils de balades et de lieux de baignades atypiques. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

Propriétaires agréable et discret. Location proche de la rue piétonne tout peut se faire à pied. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et espérons bien revenir l’année prochaine.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette petite villa blanche ( protège bien de la chaleur) et à l'intérieur coloré. Bonne literie. Proche des rues commerçantes et de la plage, tout en étant au calme, possibilité de profiter d'une partie du jardin à l'ombre des arbres et d'y garer sa voiture. Propriétaire accueillant et discret. Nous garderons un bon souvenir de cette semaine !
