The cozy apartment for 2 people is on the 2nd Floor (with elevator) and has a large south-facing balcony.
It is only 400 m from the sea with a beautiful sandy beach, high dunes and inviting beach cafes.
The living room is equipped with a flat screen television (7 German channels) and a stereo with CD player.
The integrated kitchen offers all the necessary household and microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher.
In the bedroom there is a double bed with 2 mattresses 90x200 and a wardrobe.
The well-equipped bathroom has a bathtub
and a mirror cabinet.
In front of the apartment house there is a free parking lot and a lockable bicycle storage room.
Bicycles can be rented in Callantsoog.
There is a large free car park at the entrance around the beach.
As a tenant you can use all facilities of the bathroom hotel such as sauna, solarium and squash for a fee.
The restaurant is also available for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Pets are not allowed for allergic reasons. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
If you want to book with friends or my apartment is already rented, I have the option
2 other apartments on the 1st and 3rd Floor of the same size for rent in the house.

Die Lage zum Strand ist wirklich gut. Gemütlich zu Fuß in 12 Minuten. ;). Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und es hat nichts gefehlt. Wir waren mit Baby dort, allerdings wird es dann mit Babybett im Schlafzimmer etwas eng. Uns hat es aber nicht gestört. Die Gegend dort kann man nur empfehlen. Toller Strand, viele Orte in der Nähe. Alles was man für den Urlaub braucht. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter lief auch super.

Alles hat bestens geklappt, die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gut eingerichtet und hat einen schönen Balkon. Die Sauna war aufgrund von Covid-19 geschlossen. Die Matrazen waren für uns etwas zu weich.

Die Wohnung war ok. Der Abstellplatz für das Fahrrad wurde 4 Tage vor unserer Abreise erst eingedeckt! Das war für nich gut, da es sehr viel geregnet hat....sonst gibt es noch anzumerken das wir extra nach einem Balkon gefragt haben der nach Süd Westen ausgerichtet ist- leider war unser nach Ostern. Schade, sonst war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Heinrich Bergerbusch & Maria Stiemert
