The property, a typical Sorrento two-storey tuff building, has been nicely and fully renovated in 2015 to become a holiday rental business. The units in the building each have one bedroom, one bathroom, and the living room with equipped kitchen, dining area, and sofa bed. The property is surrounded by a park with swimming pool, solarium and terraces equipped with outdoor furniture (gazeboes, beach chairs and umbrella, barbecue) on one side, and with an organic vegetable garden on the other side. The property has centralized air condition and wifi connection in all rooms. Parking is available. The property is close to the sea and to Piano di Sorrento city center; shops, markets, bars and restaurants are with 50 / 100 meters. The distance to Sorrento is 2 Km; and the distance to Sorrento's main square, Piazza Tasso, is less than 3 Km.

The place itself was clean and tidy with a lovely swimming pool to relax in.
The location was ideal as it was close to everything from bars and supermarkets to the train station.
Would defiantly recommend.

The apartment has been recently refurbished/built and whilst small is well laid out and air con is a real benefit. The kitchen is enough to cook light meals. The real selling point about this apartment is the outside space and garden. It is spacious with numerous areas to sit and relax. There are many fruit trees and making orange juice every morning from fresh oranges from outside was a real treat.
The location is private and relaxed whilst the area can be explored by car quite easily - although you need to be a confident driver!
The host was always on hand for anything and made the stay very relaxing. A mini supermarket is very close and useful for the odd bottle of cheap local red wine!
A lovely place to stay and would definitely recommend it.
