The property is situated in a lively environment, in a residential area, on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the mountains and its sunny location. Available for shared use: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, children's playground, swing, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Ground floor: Bedroom 16 sqm and with 2 single beds. Bedroom 16 sqm and with 1 double bed. Kitchen 12 sqm and with dinette, electric cooker (2 plates), refrigerator (freezer) and microwave. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. You have access to the terrace.
Ground floor (separate apartment): Bathroom 5 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your holiday apartment is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.
