Smaller guest room is under 5sqm with a top of the range pull-down UK double wall bed measuring 135cm (53") wide. When the bed is up it turns into a desk. It has a professional grade sound-proof door to ensure quiet from the rest of the apartment.
Three drawers and a cupboard space to hang clothes as well as lots of shelf space.
Beautiful double-glazed sash windows throughout the apartment.
There is a utility cupboard inside the flat with AEG Washer-Dryer, shelves and Miele vacuum cleaner.

Air conditioning is only in the master bedroom. As it’s a split air unit it can be a little louder than with central air but still very nice to have on the rare times London gets hot humid summer days!
We have a smart TV. There isn’t any cable TV or antennae for terrestrial TV channels. Long term guests can of course arrange it at their own expense.
We have a strict 90 day minimum stay rule that is enforced by the building and we adhere to. Tenants will need to sign a covenant that they will obey the building rules such as no parties etc.
