About this house rental
Pulelehua Point is a four bedroom, three bath, single story, stand alone home ideal for families, couples, or a retreat. It has one king, two queens and two twins. (Twins can be made to king upon request). And NO CLEANING FEE on 30 day bookings!
Each room is Air-conditioned and has a spectacular water view with the dramatic back drop of the Koolau mountains. Watch the sailboats passby from the nearby yacht club, fish right off the dock, kayak or stand- up paddle board right in front of the house! (Sporting equipment can be rented and delivered to your door)
The queen room with bath ensuite has a new desk and ergonomic chair for those on a working holiday.
The yard is private and beautifully landscaped. Guests can enjoy spectacular views, pool-side sun tanning, reading in the hammock, or kayaking in the bay! Watch the sunset from the whirlpool spa or just enjoy the peace and quiet of this beautiful residential neighborhood under the the expansive covered lanai.
The home is 3 miles to World Famous Kailua Beach and the unique beach community of Kailua Town with its trendy, boutique shopping and award winning restaurants. Honolulu International Airport is only 20 minutes away.
Pulelehua has a modern, fully equipped kitchen and gas BBQ for cooking. The living room sports a large 65" smart TV with Apple TV. The home is also equipped with wireless hi-speed internet, and off street parking.
This property may not be rented for less than 30 consecutive days. Rental prices will not be reduced or adjusted based on the number of days the rental is actually used or occupied.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was nice and accurate to the listing, but the piece de la resistance was the view! Whay a joy to wake up each morning to beautiful views of Kaneohe Bay! Easy drive to many beaches. Overall an excellent experience and we hope to book again in the future.

This property is as good as it looks. Amazing, private pool, fantastic views of Kaneohe bay, just a dream come true. We stayed with our 3 kids, only two of whom could swim. 3 of the bedrooms open to the outdoors/pool area, so something to keep in mind with small kids. We brought a "Safety Turtle" device that our 4 year old wore anytime we weren't swimming (even at night!) that would alert us in case he fell in the water- highly recommended if staying with small kids for peace of mind. I hope to come back some day- what a dream come true.

I gave it three stars because the only room air conditioned is the master bedroom which was an issue for us. I did go back online and look at description of property and did not see where it says only master bedroom has A/C. We had the house totally opened and every fan going but it was still muggy and hot. It was very uncomfortable for the other guests. So if you have medical conditions that are exasperated by the heat it can be a problem. Other than that the house was on a beautiful private lot, the pool and hot tub were great , kitchen was updated. I think the other bedrooms need to be air conditioned so everyone could have gotten a good nights sleep. Lack of air conditioning was a REAL issue for us!
