The staff is very kind and helpful. The food is 10/10 the drinks were amazing. Great music all day, they always have activities so you will be entertained.

They need to improve their restaurant reservation system; in my case, I made an early reservation for dinner at one of their restaurants, but when I arrived at the entrance, my name was not on the reservation list.

The facility and food were great. Their customer service was excellent. I go there every time I can!

The only reason I’m not giving this hotel a 10 is because of the mosquito problem in my room. The mosquitoes were extremely aggressive and left multiple bites on my arms and legs. Management should address this issue immediately. Also, the nighttime entertainment needs a complete overhaul. It was very disappointing. I wish they could hire real talent.

I love everything about the facility. the staff at Larimar buffet excellent special Bibiana and Guillermo . at the sport bar, lobby, snack place, the luggage 🧳 guys The cleaning lady’s all of them very very nice people .

The only thing I had and issue I felt discriminated was at the Italian restaurant. The service horrible staring from manager and all the employees who was working the nite of April 20 @8:30 pm. Everyone at the restaurant who came after me got served first, got ignored 2 times my table only one person came to ask if we want water or wine. And then finally after I called the manager to ask what is happening that I haven get anyone to take my order he came and took the order. Food came no utensils on the table Had to wait again, 43 minutes passed I counted myself nobody came to take the plates to ask if I we need anything . I got very upset got up and left. When they saw me leaving started calling me what happened I’m bringing the dessert ! I said no thanks after 45 minutes nobody came to our table now you want to ask . SMH

Everything was clean, some nice workers, comfortable beds.

Don’t like the reusable cups seen some nasty things example using them as astray and doing cupping therapy. For the price that they charge there should be different liquor available. Some workers were very rude, pool closes at 7 and the towel station closes before. I feel like smoking shouldn’t be allowed in the pool I’am asthmatic and pregnant and was very uncomfortable and there are kids there.
