We loved the availability of all facilities. You can get basically anything that your heart require!
The quality of dinner was very average and did not match our expectations. The pizzas and platters however the next day were brilliant.

The views, wow! The birds were incredible too so many different kinds.
Was so chilled and quiet.
The spot was chosen for the view and the braai and the pool. All of these were amazing so the stay itself was just lovely.
Such great memories and such a comfortable stay.
We didnt try the restaurant but it seem quite popular on the Friday eve and the park run happens every saturday from there too so nice get up and out activity around the farm too with some locals.
The hot tub was also great with the night chill that moved in, we were in there for hours.
Aircon worked well and they had a fan when we felt less 'cold' was needed.
Nice and close to the wine farms we wanted to visit (actually all are very close) and oakhurst for the olive tasting. Town was not even 10mins away (although depends on how fast you drive on a dirt road :)
All in all an wonderful experience. Would definitely go back.
The shower was super high...strangely so but the pressure and hot water was great so dislike only for the height.
The outside braai area needed a light to see what you were braaing at night, we used the loadshedding light we found in a cupboard to sort that problem out.
Ants were a little bit of a problem but then that said you are in the country side. All food needed to be put in the fridge to avoid the ant trail. They should try some blue death just behind the counters etc to curb it a bit.

Amazing scenery and so tranquil. Daphne’s Bistro was delicious and the wine incredible. I absolutely loved the rustic-style continental breakfast too!

Our stay at Duikersdrift Winelands Country Escape was the absolute highlight of our trip to South Africa.
This stay exceeded our expectations in all aspects. The beautifully designed cottages, the tranquility of the place, freshly baked (and warm!) bread delivered in the morning, an abundance of birds…
The outside braai area and wood-fired hot tub are ideal places to relax, same goes for the pool area with stunning vineyard and mountain views.
If you are up for some wine tasting, there are plenty of great options around. The short drive to Tulbagh takes less than 10 minutes.
I would definitely recommend this place for people enjoying a unique, tranquil experience in the Winelands around Tulbagh.
