“ BORGO PANORAMICO APARTMENTS”
A new, exclusive development of 6 private apartments with stunning sea views, situated on the edge of the romantic, historic town of Tropea. Each apartment is approximately 40m2, comprising one bedroom, shower room (with heated towel rail), living room with sofa bed for two, and a well-equipped kitchen. All apartments have private entrances and private terraces with beautiful sea views of the Aeolian Islands including Stromboli. Terraces have al-fresco dining tables and sofas. Internal facilities include satellite TV, air conditioning (hot/cold) and free wi-fi.
These lovely apartments are in a quiet location approximately 700m from the historic center of Tropea (about 15 minutes walk) and 1 km from the sea. There is secure private parking and a shared garden of approximately 2000m2 in which you will find a gorgeous saltwater infinity pool and a wood-fired BBQ.
The delightful owners are on-site and always available for advice, directions, and assistance.”
On the day of check-in, customers must pay the tourist tax of 1.50 euros per person per day. Children under 12 do not pay tourist tax.

The opening hours of the swimming pool are from 9:30 A.M. to 13:30 P.M. and from 15:00 P.M. to 20:00 P.M.
Not smoke inside the property
Use the washing machine for a fee of 4 euros per wash plus 1 euro if you want to use the detergent

Ogni appartamento ha la sua veranda privata con area relax e tavoli con sedie per il pranzo o cena all'esterno.Tutti gli immobili sono dotati di climatizzatore caldo freddo e internet wireless.Si tratta di appartamentini in villa di circa 40 mq ad appartamento compost da:1 camera da letto,1 bagno con doccia e termo arredo, 1 cucina abitabile con comodo divano letto per altri 2 persone,veranda con vista mare. Proprietari sempre disponibili e cordiali.
Il giorno del check-in i clienti devono pagare la tassa di soggiorno di 1,50 euro a persona al giorno. I bambini sotto i 12 anni non pagano la tassa di soggiorno.

Schönes Appartement, leider keinerlei Utensilien zum Kaffee kochen, verkratzte Teflontöpfe und Pfanne , schöner Pool, tolle Aussicht auf Tropea und das Meer (Apt1)

Wir haben in App. Nr. 1 gewohnt. Die Größe ist für zwei Personen genau richtig. Ausstattung sehr neu, geschmackvoll und praktisch. Die zwei großen Terrassen sind ein Highlight und ebenfalls mit Allem ausgestattet. Besonders die Dachterrasse ist großartig: Durch die perfekte Lage des borgo panoramico am Hang ein toller Blick auf Tropea und aufs Meer bis zu den Äolischen Inseln - besonders schön beim Sonnenuntergang! Der Vermieter Cristiano ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit, immer ansprechbar und kümmert sich gut um das Objekt und seine Gäste. Die letzten Meter zum Objekt sind recht steil und eine Herausforderung - für Auto und Fußgänger. Da die guten Restaurants in Tropea nur ca. 15 Minuten entfernt sind, ist der Rückweg zu Fuß ein gutes Training (abends Taschenlampe empfohlen). Wir haben bereits mit Unterkünften in vielen Regionen Italiens Erfahrung. Das borgo panoramico gehört auf jeden Fall zu den besten, in denen wir Urlaub gemacht haben! Es passt einfach alles!!!
