flats-4u - Cosy, quite & clean apartments in the city ( Apt.4 )

I prolonged my stay for one more night because i did enjoy everything! Thanks to Leizel, all the documents for business trip were also provided in due format and time. super convinient to stay.

nothing, everything was great

I liked everything. The apartment is nice with a view on a big leafy tree; there's plenty of dishes and storing places; the small items such as oil for cooking and salt were very convinient to have; tv and wifi were working; I was happy to find out that there was an iron with the ironing deck and the hair dryer. There's everything I needed. Leizel was very helpful and answered all my questions. Ideally it is for 2 people but I did enjoy staying on my own too. The stores are not far, there's also a very nice gym 4 min away that has single entry admission options for 15Euro. The metro/trainstation is 10 min away, the's also a nice park couple of min away+the Godesberg is close too. It's very convinient for traveling cause you have options.

I liked everything, but will admit that there are things to be taken into account: 1. as many mentioned previously in other comments, the room is on the 3 floor with circled stairs, so it's not an easy task to get there with a big luggage on your own. But it's okay. 2. the washing machine is downstairs on the ground floor 3. someone mentioned that the shower door is narrow but for me it was okay (I'm XL midheight woman) 4. it was early june during my stay with rainy days and sometimes it was cold to sleep with the opened window, but it was fine. In general, it seems that Bad Godesberg is a little colder than Bonn which seems to be good for hot days.

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in Bonn. Wohnung war soweit sauber. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren gestellt. Leitungswasser ist trinkbar. Warmes Wasser ließ sich zum Laufen bringen. Es gibt einen Föhn. Mir hat es gut gefallen, dass Lebensmittel, die noch nicht schlecht waren, nicht direkt entsorgt wurden. Es gibt eine realistische Chance bei Anreise, noch Nudeln, Tee und Gewürze zu finden. Vielleicht auch Ketchup o.ä. Bonn ist jedoch teuer. Es ist einfach eine möblierte Wohnung - da macht man natürlich mehr Geld mit einer Ferienwohnung als durch dauerhafte Vermietung.

Pfannen zerkratzt. Gesamtes KüchenZubehör zusammengewürfelt, aber dafür nicht vollständig. Ich finde zusammengewürfelt eigentlich gut, ist nachhaltig, kann Charme haben - aber nur ein Weinglas ist irgendwie Quatsch - dann muss schon ausreichend Kram zusammengewürfelt sein. ToasterPlastik war geschmolzen und berührte daher das heißwerdende Metall. Ergo stank alles fix nach Plastik und wir haben labberiges Toast gegessen.
