About this apartment rental
Gorgeous condo in the perfect location between the beach, pool and golf course. Sleeps 8. 3 Bedrooms/2 Baths: 2 Queens, 2 Singles and a pullout couch. Brand new hardwood floors and paint Jan 2020!! Pics coming soon. :-) All bedrooms have a TV with basic cable, Living room flat screen with Roku, Netflix, Amazon, DVD player, VCR, CD player, and WIFI. Covered ocean view deck, enclosed ocean view Carolina room with furniture, two seasonal community pools, cold outdoor shower, only 200 feet to the beach on community footpath across Caswell Beach Road. Board games, books, movies, and DVD's. Very Clean and spacious rooms. Also available for off-season monthly rentals. Dog friendly beach so for a reasonable pet fee and deposit you can bring your furry friend! Additional downstairs 1BR 1Bath apartment available in addition if needed (for an additional fee).

As a family of 6 (4 kids ages ranging from 10-1) we really enjoyed staying here. Easy walk to the beach. Short drive to all the best spots for lunch and drinks. We were also able to bring our dog which is awesome. Definitely dated but that didn’t take away from the fun!

Had a relaxing time once again. Great walks on the beach, ate great seafood, enjoyed ice cream for dessert, beautiful sunsets, doesn’t get much better than that. Until next time….

The unit is a short walk to one of the pools and a bit longer walk to the beach. The walk to the beach includes a busy road with a manual crossing light.
The unit has an outside hose in the downstairs area to wash off sand and an area to store beach toys. The unit is accessed with an old style lockbox that I found difficult to use and only one key was provided. Although clean, the unit is dated and not well maintained. The master bathroom shower didn't work, the light over the stove was out, there was only one working lamp in the living room, the master bedroom blinds were missing about a third of the slats, the couches needed cleaning and the living room verticals blinds were not functional. The water in the second bathtub/shower is so difficult to turn on, you have to pull hard enough to worry if its going to last. There is a tiny bit of beach view from the deck.
