The cottage was incredibly spacious and exceptionally well equipped, with a clear attention to detail throughout. Everything was immaculately maintained, making our stay very comfortable. The hosts were extremely friendly and a pleasure to chat with. They made us feel truly welcome. Highly recommended!

Clean, cozy and lovely cottage. Nice cottage in a farm. The farm is enjoyable and nice for those who love nature and to watch sheep, cows, horse, birds, etc.The house area is very safe where you can do activities such as walking, hiking, cycling, etc…The cottage kitchen is fully equipped where you can cook, relax and enjoy. The host Jacob is great, friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. We really thank Jake and Sue for making our journey an enjoyable and pleasant one. We would highly recommend this attractive cottage for families, friends and colleagues .Definitely, we will visit and stay again, if possible.

Everything was as expected. There is a nice washing machine but to make it more convenient for guests I wish if the washing machine build inside cottage and not outside the cottage

Beautiful surroundings

Everything. The location was perfect and tranquil with beautiful views of green hills on one side and the sea on the other. The owners were very friendly and helpful.

Nothing to dislike.

We've never felt so immediately 'at home' in any place we've stayed in the UK. The cottage is a gem, the location and views just keep on giving, and the hosts (Jake and Sue) are just bloody wonderful. We're coming back, guys!!

The animals on the farm aren't vegetarian... Jake and Sue said they'll sort that for next time ;)

The hosts Sue and Jake were very welcoming, friendly and hospitable. Such a beautiful scenic location with stunning views. The cottage was spacious with all facilities and nice finishing touches. Also surrounded by lots of animals and wildlife.

Very spacious cottage with well equipped kitchen. A great choice for a family with kids! Horses, chickens, lambs and beautiful views around. The sea is only 10min drive away. Definitely recommend to everyone!

Amazing owners. Stunning views and great location. Very comfortable beds, very well presented throughout.

We spent Christmas here and all I can say is it was the best family Christmas away we’ve ever had! Sue, the owner met us on arrival and as soon as she opened the door to show us into the cottage there was a beautiful large Christmas tree in the hall, the living room was also decorated which obviously our kiddies loved! The cottage was very spacious, exceptionally clean and iv never stayed anywhere with such a well equipped kitchen, all three big bedrooms we’re big doubles and the en/suite downstairs bedroom was just amazing! The views from the cottage we’re lovely, sea view to one side, fields with sheep and horses and woods behind. My husband being a keen photographer was in his element, Gwrych Castle is literally on the doorstep (where I’m a celebrity is filmed) and believe me it’s huge! Sue and Jake we’re always available if we needed anything but we’re in no way intrusive, perfect hosts in every way. Although it feels like your in the middle of nowhere, literally an eight minute drive away is the local supermarket and your ideally situated to visit many of the other holiday places in North Wales, eg, Llandudno, Conwy and Colwyn Bay. None of us wanted to go home and even stayed an extra day.. simply perfect, can’t wait to come back. Would like to say a final thankyou to Sue and Jake for the lovely gifts you left us and for making us feel so welcome.

The house was very cozy and comfortable. The hosts were always accessible and helpful but never intrusive. Location is perfect for a relaxing countryside getaway and at the same time provides easy access by car to all the main attractions of North Wales.
