A casa em si não é ruim, limpa e organizada equipamentos novos, porém localização péssima, longe do centro de Caragua uns 30km e do centro de Ubatuba também, mercado so tinha um próximo (caríssimo) se você ir sem carro esquece, se você ir de carro guarde bastante dinheiro p combustível
