The staff wasn't friendly. Hard to get information for cek in because staff not take action when someone is coming for cek in. So we have the one to look for the staff or come and asking to them.

The place is awesome, the photos provided on the web, not really different that the actual place, so we got our worth. The staff are great and polite, but without no sound proofing in the room, even the smallest sound can be quite annoying. So we can't really enjoy our time at the common room provided because other occupants kept protesting. Another important note. My Colleagues got bitten by mosquitos during our stay there at TUJU and got dengue fever. Please make sure to fog the place so it's not repeated. Doctor already confirm that it's Indonesia's strain and the only time they got bitten was during their stay there at TUJU.
