Experience the best of the Sea Ranch environment between the meadow and the 6th fairway that ends at the driving range/clubhouse. Admire the beautiful sunsets from the privacy of the home and its cypress tree framed ocean view across the meadow, or follow the short path and take in sights and smells of the Pacific Ocean along the Bluff Trail. Don’t forget to keep an eye out for passing whales and birds! Take a dip in the private hot tub. Then come inside and cozy up to the wood burning fireplace (wood provided) and enjoy the custom handmade furniture and unique interior design..
An ideal escape for those in search of daytime activity and evening relaxation. Reserve a tee-time at the golf course just a few steps down the road, enjoy the shared pool, saunas, and tennis courts at one of three recreation centers, or take a walk along the bluff trail to Gualala Point Regional Park and see all the different species of birds filling the skies. Should you need any provisions or a sunset cocktail, not to worry, the town of Gualala has charming markets, galleries, and restaurants located just a mile up Highway 1. The gourmet neighborhood market has all you need to prepare a delicious home-cooked meal in the chef’s kitchen fitted with top of the line stainless steel appliances, six-burner gas range, and unique copper countertops.
