NOTE: A copy of the contract holder's Photo ID, a signed contract, and a list of your full travel party (names/ages of all attending) will be required to complete your booking. If booking last minute, you may be required to stop by our main office to show your photo ID and the credit card used on the reservation. This policy is in place to help combat fraudulent activity that is more likely to occur in last-minute arrivals.

This property is in a small private community. Great location, upgraded features and well stocked. Nice floorplan with 2 master suites, and an additional bedroom on the main and lower level, each with direct access to a bath. Townhouse style, but staggered, so it feels more private than a normal row style. Flat walk out to the water, where we could dock our rental boat and kids can play in the water. Cleanliness would have been a 5 but there was some leftover debris on steps and floor, exterior lower level furniture and patio need power washing from all the bird droppings and some debris. A very nice unit, our family would definitely stay again.
