About this house rental
Labeled Gîte de France, 3 stars
Dating from 1720, recently restored, to make a warm cocoon, which can accommodate 2 to 6 people + a baby.
Ideally located to discover Alsace, in a quiet village, near Ribeauvillé, Colmar, Europa-park in Germany and not far from Strasbourg.
Supermarket and bakery 5 minutes walk. Supermarket Leclerc Ribeauvillé 3 km.
Departure for shuttles to the region's Christmas markets at Ribeauvillé bus station, 1.5 km away. .
Located on a small square, very quiet, the house consists of:
- Raised ground floor:
A few steps lead to the wooden balcony, furnished with a marble top table and bistro chairs.
In the entrance of the house, to your left is placed the 1st bathroom, with W. C and shower.
Opposite, you will find a large living room, with a large table (possibility to add extensions for 10 people), a wood stove (wood provided) a foosball for adult (child from 8 years) .
Follow the TV lounge (large flat screen) with a sofa bed convertible BZ 2 people (quality bedding). A curtain can be advanced to isolate this room from the dining room.
The semi-open kitchen, equipped, among other things, with a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine as well as a filter coffee maker. Available for free, kitchen background (vinegar oil, salt sugar, coffee, tea, spices, etc.). as well as household products.
On the first floor you will find:
- a master suite with a 140/190 bed-box, a small dressing room and a bathroom with double sink, bathtub and W. C.
- a bedroom with 2 single beds and possible access to the bathroom of the parental suite.
On the 2nd floor, a space, under-eaves (maximum height 1m, 45) arranged and equipped in rest room and playroom.
All amenities and bedding are new and of good quality.
The basement, slightly buried (it was the old sheepfold) is the room for bicycles and motorcycles.
You can park your car in front of the house.
There are many bike paths and hiking trails around Guémar and in the nearby vineyards.
I also propose, to the seasonal hiring, a flat 2/3 rooms, with balcony, in Ribeauvillé, envisaged for 2 to 5 people, on the 2nd floor, in the residence "The Troubadours, located next to the Hotel" Les Ménestrels "

Ruhige Lage....das Haus ist liebevoll renoviert und sehr gut ausgestattet, es war von Putzmittel bis Gewürzen alles vorhanden. Moderne Möbel, nichts abgenutzt, alles sehr sauber. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und mit hochwertiger Bettwäsche bezogen. Auch die kleine Eingangsterrasse ist gemütlich und dank Nordseite zum größten Teil immer schön schattig. Die Nachbarn sind alle sehr freundlich. Der Empfang durch die Vermieter war sehr nett und herzlich ...sie sprechen auch gut deutsch. Es gibt eine klare Empfehlung...eine tolle Unterkunft in wunderschöner Umgebung!

Très agréable séjour dans une petite maison typiquement alsacienne,très bien rénové et propre,equipements tv et Internet impeccable.
Photos tout à fait représentatives du lieu.
Proche de toutes les villes et activités à faire en Alsace.

Très belle maison, nous ne regrettons pas notre choix. Tout est à disposition machine à raclette, linge de maison, produit de ménage etc. Mon bébé de 7 mois et ma fille de 4 ans on très vite trouver leurs repères. La maison est très bien située nous avons profiter de la ville de Colmar mais aussi du ski et de la neige (40 minutes) dans deux jolie lieux. Agréable et convivial les propriétaires son tout simplement adorable !!!! Très facile à joindre et l’arrivée fut très agréable.
