Bradley is very responsive. House smelled very good. Only downfall is Window unit A/C couldn't keep up with the 95 degree weather and house was warm. Thank you for your the accommodations. Overall good place to stay.

Bradley took really great care of us. He made sure that everything we needed was taken care of and quickly fixed all issues. His communication was helpful and timely. I would definitely stay with Bradley again if given the opportunity.

The house is very well decorated and very clean. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. We enjoyed the stay. A couple of things to point out are the kitchen is not stocked with enough silverware (only 3 forks) and there are no coffee cups or wine glasses. Not anything that would stop us from staying again but it was a little inconvenient.
The only other thing to mention is the house is right by the University and there is a building directly across the street that has plumes of steam coming out of it which is very loud. You can’t hear it from inside the house but it makes a quiet peaceful evening sitting outside impossible. Again nothing that would stop us from staying again but it probably should be mentioned in the house description. Overall we really enjoyed the stay and would definitely consider staying again.
