Great villa with great gardens and pool

The outdoors and the view. Garden is very nice and nature. The beach to swim is very busy and far away from property, it will take you at least half an hour to get to a reasonable beach.
The pool is not existing at all. No pool at the property.
The property is or feels some how haunted due to its location and the fact that the next door villa is vacant.
The beach is a bit far away and there should be some pamphlets in the property regarding nearby attractions, beach restaurants etc.

Cozy place
There was a pool mentioned in the description of the unit and there was a photo for the pool, but when I went there they mentioned that they removed it. They also mentioned that there is wifi in the unit but they send me a router 1 hour after my arrival and it didn't work, I called the maintenance guys I met at the unit, they told me that they are going to fix it, but they didn't and no one return back to me.
