The stay was good we all enjoyed ourselves, the apartment is clean and secured. That made us even more comfortable.

Some toilets were not working and leaking but but it was later fixed, we also expected a swimming pool as it was displayed on the app, but when we got here it was not available.

The house itself is absolutely beautiful, very spacious, and has great potential to provide an amazing stay. The rooms and common areas were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the property was pleasant. The caretaker was also very friendly, welcoming, and genuinely tried her best to assist us throughout the situation, which we truly appreciated.

When we arrived, there was no electricity. The caretaker informed us that the property had a generator available specifically for situations like this, however there was no petrol for the generator, meaning we were left without power and without internet access. Later, around 5pm, the water supply stopped completely. We were then informed that the water tanks were empty and that nobody had realised this earlier. The caretaker tried contacting the owner to find a solution, but by around 7pm we were told that nothing could be done that evening because the property had apparently already been without water for a week. The owner could only arrange for a water tanker to refill the tanks the following morning. As a result, for the entire afternoon and night we had no running water and could not even use the toilets. This is completely unacceptable for paid accommodation and should never happen without prior warning to guests. Basic necessities such as electricity, water, and proper emergency preparation should be guaranteed before accepting bookings. To make matters worse, I tried calling the owner multiple times throughout this situation, but my calls went unanswered. The lack of communication and support during such a serious issue was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
