Very comfortable stay. Excellent location The location was fantastic, within easy walking distance of the town centre and Oxford University colleges. There were many great restaurants, cafés, and pubs nearby, so we didn’t need a car at all. The apartment was spotless, modern, and well organised. The kitchen was fully equipped and looked excellent, although we mainly enjoyed eating out during our stay. Check-in was very smooth and easy, which made our arrival stress-free after travelling. Overall, a great place to stay in Oxford — we would definitely recommend it to other international visitors.

A fantastic stay. The apartment was spacious, modern, spotless, and very well equipped, making it extremely comfortable. The building felt safe and secure, with lift access and excellent on-site parking. Great location, smooth check-in, and a very helpful representative. Excellent value for money — I would definitely stay again.

It was expensive for a very short overnight stay. They took a large deposit of £150 from my credit card a week or so before the stay, and it took a couple of weeks after to get it back. Whilst I did know they would do this, it's unreasonable to take a deposit like this and hold for so long. On arrival, there were dishes still drying from previous guests, and the bed hadn't been made yet, suggesting no cleaning or prep had been done for us. It seems they rely on each guest to clean up for the next one. The email we got a few days before the stay was full of rules and extra charges. We had to strip beds ourselves and empty the bins when leaving. Extra charges for early check in or late check out were extortionate. The showers were awful and didn't accommodate 4 people having a hot shower before 10am check out - the emersion took too long to warm up. Bathrooms were shabby and not very clean. There was a collection of left over toiletries in one bathroom.
