Osprey Holiday Village Unit 112

It was very clean and well equipped. The beds were really comfortable and the internal and external layout with the outdoor bbq area, laundry and clothes line was great. It’s clear the staff and the groundskeeper go to a lot of effort

There were a few things that stopped me from giving you a 10 for everything. Considering the $ rate, I think the following is warranted given I have stayed in lots of similar places to compare it to. The fridge defrosted twice and leaked water onto the kitchen floor. Some of the window blinds were broken and couldn’t be opened. The sofas were uncomfortable to sit on, it was ok if you used them as day beds. I’d also consider a four slice toaster and a dishwasher.

Comfortable and clean. Good shared space for four adults.

The pool doesn't have a shade over it, otherwise the place was faultless!

The check-in system was poor. I was called while I was on the plane flying up to say that I hadn’t checked in. I hadn’t received the check-in link and still hadn’t received it by the time I got to the Exmouth airport. I had to ring the woman who stated that this was often a problem with booking.com but no one had contacted me. There is no flexibility in how we could do it otherwise. They were strict instructions on the fact the house essentially had to be fully cleaned before we left and it was very grubby. I think it’s unreasonable to expect guests to sweep and vacuum floors!
