Great location for lovedale wineries and Pokolbin. Well sized unit, perfect for 2 couples. 2 balconies was great, lots is space on bedrooms

Utensils in kitchen could have been better, the choice between a metal spatula and a very small plastic one for a non stick fry pan. A few more mugs would be good too. At that price we were surprised there wasn't a dishwasher.

Cancellation policy, poor communication between Booking.com and owners could have led to us being overcharged by booking.com substantially. I would use booking.com to book this property

It was in a convenient location

It was difficult to locate (no signage outside of the building), the streaming services did not work, the fly screen broke in the middle of the night, the bedroom tv remote was not available, there were flies in the toilet regardless of how much we flushed, the step out to the balcony was not safety marked and our daughter split her head open falling out, the advertised allocated car spots were always taken and above all; we had to pay an additional $500 bond on top of the $1200 we paid for two nights. Overpriced for the quality of the accommodation and applauded that we were charged and paid this much money
