We enjoyed our stay but it could have been improved by the above negative comments.

It was very convenient for Avranches town and museums.

We were three adults but were only left two bath towels. There were no hand towels. The toilet was not in the bathroom but downstairs by the front door. It did not meet modern heigine standards as it had no washbasin. Also the house next door was being renovated and it was very noisy until 7.15 pm of our first night. The workmen were there everyday including Sunday. We had to make two phone calls to be told where to find the WiFi code. We had also been sent an email about a new arrival time while we were travelling with no WiFi. Fortunately we arrived earlier then we anticipated otherwise we would not have been able to get in.

Leuk verblijf voor een korte periode met kids.

De woning is klein maar groot genoeg voor een gezin van 4. Alle benodigde spullen in de keuken zijn aanwezig wat heel fijn is, de woning is ook netjes en schoon. Wij zijn eind december geweest waardoor we niet van de tuin hebben kunnen genieten, maar deze is ook fijn. De beheerder reageert over het algemeen snel om mee te schakelen. Supermarkten en overige winkel zijn dichtbij.

De matrassen zijn aan vervanging toe! Wij hebben na de eerste nacht op de slaapbank geslapen vanwege rugklachten en ik weeg rond de 70 kg. De tv en internet was extreem slecht op het moment dat wij er waren. De boiler voor warm water werkte één dag ook niet mee. Wij zijn veel weggeweest waardoor we niet al te veel last hadden van deze problemen. Het steegje/ oprit lijkt een beetje onguur als je voor het eerst komt aanrijden maar dit valt reuze mee.
