About this apartment rental
The villa is in a large garden with swimming pool. The garden is fenced and secured by an electric gate. The garden is surrounded by villas and only the entrance overlooks the street which allows a great tranquility. The room called "Araucaria" is accessible to disabled people, cleaning is done every week and you have a small kitchen which is on a large terrace of 50 m2 protected by a waterproof shade cloth. The water heater and electricity is solar and containers are at your disposal for selective sorting to protect our island whose lagoon is very fragile.

The kitchen was fully eqquiped. The swiming pool very clean and pleasant. The place is surounded with a lot of trees. It’s is a very relaxing place near to the beaches and the City center.

Perfect location with a very short drive to the city centre and motorway. Walking distance to the boardwalk through the mangroves and along the promenade with parks, cycle lanes and stunning views of the estuary.
The room is cozy with outside kitchen and has a gate for security. Friendly genuine hosts with big hearts! Outside chairs make for a peaceful place to have breakfast in the sun and a pool to cool off. We had a amazing week! Highly recommend. Merci!

Le site est vraiment top mais pas de numéro de rue dans l'annonce, mauvais numéro de téléphone et pas de réponse aux messages envoyés via le site donc compliqué avant d'arriver.
Demande de payer 1000 francs en plus pour avoir le droit à la clim une semaine alors que la clim semble incluse sur l'annonce et la télécommande de ladite clim ne fonctionnait même pas les premiers jours!
Ensuite, tout s'est plutôt bien passé jusqu'au départ
