Great location, apartment complex had a swimming pool and across the road was the beach. Easy walk into town and restaurants. Small supermarket was close. The apartment was roomy and had a nice balcony. Even a rooftop terrace. Everything you need was there.
Cant really think if anything. Possibly the airplanes going over but that's everywhere in El Medano.

Die ganze Familie war sehr zufrieden. Die strandnahe Lage ist perfekt, der Pool sehr sauber und macht total Spaß. Die Wohnung war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was nötig ist für gelungene Ferien - inklusive Spielsachen und Kindersurfbrett. Zu Fuß bequem nach El Medano. Parkplatz ist sehr nah der Residencia gegeben (in El Medano selbst ist es fast immer sehr schwer einen Parkplatz zu finden), deshalb ist es optimal diese Ferienwohnung zu buchen. Das nächste Mal wollen wir wieder diese Ferienwohnung buchen!

Great location. The balcony was excellent, no wind and able to sunbathe all afternoon. Very comfortable bed and pillows. So much so we bought the same pillows and brought them back to Scotland.
There is nothing to not like. The bottom bannister needs tightening up. That's the only thing I can think of. Very well equipped place
