About this apartment rental
Nice renovated apartment and equipped with all comfort of 25m2 with a separate cabin with 2 bunk beds, a living room with 140 comfort double bed and a new kitchen. Dishwasher new. Corner sofa rapido brand new comfort. Deco 2019. Bathroom design new !!
The apartment is located in residences ALPAGES 2, near the center but quiet. a balcony + bay windows allow to enjoy the beautiful view of the mountains.
Ski departure possible at the foot of the residence. Ski locker on the ground floor.
Located 3 minutes from the children's village and 2 minutes from the center (a public crossing Escalator will take you there).
New entrance door and window. Good insulation
650km of track via the doors of the sun.
Quiet without the nuisance of the center but two of the latter
Nice après-ski with a stroll in the pedestrian resort.
Possibility to rent skis at a reduced rate -30% (see with the shop at the foot of the building)

Nice place, good for kids, a bit tiny for 4 but fine if you spend most time out. Good location, slightly on the side but close enough to shops and restaurants.
Consider using public stairs to get to the village center.

That is definitely our best stay at Avoriaz. The flat is very well organized, very beautiful and despite the small nb of m2, we had enough space with the kids to feel confortable the entire week. It is renovated with great materials so it is easy to maintain clean, and there were plenty of cleaning products left by the owner. There are lots of storage places to put the luggage, a nice balcony with great view over the mountains and the sunset.
We'd stay again here with pleasure! :)
